A public timeline and set of organisation dossiers tracking how AI is moving through the defence sector, assembled entirely from public-domain sources.
The design decision worth explaining is the one I did not take. There is no language model in the pipeline. A summariser would have made the entries read better and would have made every one of them unverifiable. Where provenance matters more than fluency, the right amount of AI is none.
