Dictation through to a structured clinical report: transcription, streaming generation against per-modality templates, version history, and export. A companion build keeps identifiable data local.
Dictation to structured report
A radiologist dictates; the system transcribes, generates a structured report against a template chosen by modality, keeps the template versioned, and exports to PDF or Word.
The companion build is the more interesting one. It uses a hybrid edge-and-cloud design where personal data is detected and handled locally, before anything reaches a model. In healthcare that ordering is the whole design, not a feature you add later.
