A plain-English AI governance framework in twelve stages, with automated pipelines that watch the major regulations and raise a pull request when one moves.

Twelve stages from "we use AI" to "we govern AI", written so that an executive, an engineer and a compliance officer can each read the same page and take something usable from it. Most governance material is written for only one of those three.
The part I care about most is that it stays current without me. Pipelines check NIST AI RMF, the EU AI Act, UK ICO guidance and ISO/IEC 42001 weekly, and vendor policies daily. When something changes they diff it and raise a pull request for me to review. Nothing publishes itself.
